The Right Temperature is a Necessity!
Temperatures that are too high kill enzymes, temperatures that are too low and too slow drying may promote mould. The heating panel for brewing, germinating seeds and drying herbs, is the most used electrical equipment in my household.
When brewing Kombucha for example, a temperature of 23 to 28 degrees is optimal. For Kefir brewing, the best fermentation temperature is between 22°C and 30°C. Researchers have found nearly 30 different bacteria and 25 different yeasts in Kefir cultures. Every bacteria and culture has specific temperature requirements. This is why a constant low temperature can't be compensated with a longer fermentation time, or a constant high temperature with a shorter fermentation time. Brewing needs some balance, like hatching an egg. A fertilised egg, for example, kept under a temperature of 37.4°C (99°F) for 21 days will bring forth a healthy chick, a higher temperature and theoretically quicker breeding time, will result in no new living chicken but only in a terrible smell.
When drying herbs, the right temperature is also important. With too low temperatures and maybe too high humidity, mould develops easily. Too high temperatures kill the life force, the enzymes of the food.
A heating panel is robust and a relatively small monetery investment with long-term benefits.

Ageing is organic waste build up
Where our main problem lies is not so much to extend the life span but more the quality of life. During the last 50 years, the average life span in Western countries increased by 10 years, which is 13%. On the other hand some chronic illnesses like asthma and allergies increased by 100% in only 10 years!
The build up of organic acid waste is our main problem.
Over the years organic wastes have been building up in body. On the other hand, even strong alkaline food has some acid forming components, which can still cause acidic waste to build, up. This is the reason, why urine is still acidic even with a alkaline forming diet. I have monitored my urine for 16 years and in the early stages could not believe that my urine was really not a mirror of my diet for the moment but one of the last decades. It took me quite a time to find out, that urine samples, especially when not taken after rest, have no real value to determine if ones blood is acid or alkaline. More about this further down.
Everyone wants to get old and stay healthy. Many therapies, treatments, diets, exercises and other means for longevity are practised but I believe we have to think bigger and our aim should be to reverse the ageing process.
Reversing the slow but steady build up of acid waste in the body helps slow the ageing process, reduces the build up and eliminates the stored acids to a gradually decreasing level. This may help in slowing some of the effects of ageing and in reducing slowly but steadily the cause of "age related" diseases.

Flushing out wastes with alkaline water
By drinking alkaline water, (if there is not yet any irreversible damage to organs and body tissues), the ageing process could be slowed and the wastes reduced in the long-term to a level of a much younger person. It is thought the functions of the organs can also be revived.

Some answers to the most common questions:
Q: Does the Water Activator process a batch of water at a time?
A: Yes.
Q: How long does one batch take?
A: This depends on the water conductivity, the water temperature and the ionic charge you want. Most people make two batches per 24 hours. With most waters you will have a pH of 10.5 after a 12 hour charge. Please note, that one glass of pH 11 water = 10 glasses of pH 10 water and 100 glasses of pH 9.
Q: Is there anything else I need to know before purchasing one?
